Thank you for your interest in providing maintenance services
for properties managed by RHB PM Corp.
Before being added to our vendor list, please confirm you can accommodate these 3 items:
- Requirements
- Expectations
- Procedures
Requirements:
- All employees must provide proof of worker’s comp insurance. If you have no employees, no problem, just let us know and be sure you sign a statement to that effect.
- Provide proof of liability insurance.
- If the type of services you provide require a contractor’s license you must provide a copy of your license.
- W-9 form for tax reporting (required by the IRS)
Expectations:
- Only provide services you are qualified for and licensed to perform
- Prices should reflect our normal based prices and match our past experiences.
- Provide services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Be respectful to tenants, owners, and company representatives.
- Communicate the status of services throughout the milestones of each project.
- Provide invoices that are professional and include all details of service and project.
Procedures:
- Your services will be frequently inspected for quality.
- Tenants will be surveyed for their satisfaction of your work.
